Today, I’m delighted to share another important milestone in that journey: Jointine Products (Lincoln) Ltd has officially achieved Good Business Charter (GBC) accreditation.
The Good Business Charter is widely recognised as the UK’s benchmark for responsible business. Established by the Good Business Foundation, the accreditation recognises organisations that demonstrate a genuine commitment to doing business ethically, sustainably and responsibly, “for the benefit of both people and the planet”.
Achieving accreditation is not a box-ticking exercise. To become accredited, organisations must demonstrate they meet high standards across ten key areas of responsible business, including paying the Real Living Wage, employee wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion, ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility, prompt payment, fair tax, commitment to customers, and fairer working practices.
For us, these principles aren’t new. They reflect the values that have guided Jointine Products throughout our history.

Receiving GGC accreditation provides independent recognition of the standards we strive to uphold every day.
