BUSINESS CONTINUITY & COVID-19

“It is our intention to remain safe & healthy, and open for business until we are otherwise instructed”

It is our intention to remain safe & healthy, and open for business until we are otherwise instructed by our Government.  Clearly much of the impact of COVID-19 is outside of our influence, but we are managing all controllable risks as far as possible.

We have taken immediate and obvious steps to reduce paper handling, to increase sanitising facilities, to cease unnecessary business travel and visitors, and to ensure that contact between staff is kept to a minimum.

We assess that we have enough raw materials to processing without interruption for several weeks, based upon current workloads and demand.

If we were to experience any significant loss of staff due to illness or self-isolation, we will immediately reduce/condense shifts to part week working.  If the spread is proportionate to the rest of the Nation, we expect that demand for orders would decline commensurately.  If the outbreak were to be local, we would endeavour to fulfil orders from stock.  The most popular lines are on standby, and we may need to negotiate minor changes of brand or roll length with you should that occur.

So far, we have not yet experienced any issues with collections or deliveries.  We source transport through large sustainable businesses and have obtained similar statements of continuity from themselves.

We will update our statement if anything significantly changes.
